On Monday night my loyal companion Dr. Jeff accompanied me to Hudson Terrace in Hell's Kitchen for a media holiday get-together to benefit Ali Forney Center. The room was largely populated by gay staffers from CBS, Viacom, NBC Universal, the New York Times
and McGraw-Hill, most of whom brought gift cards for Ali Forney's youths. Gap cards (in the denim holders) seemed to be the most-donated item. Among the big names spotted at the event were Frank Bruni and Thomas Roberts. Thanks go to Court Passant of the CBS gay employee group Angle for helping to put it all together.
